Property sellers and buyers

Register on this page with Google, Microsoft, or an email address and password, and say whether you are selling or buying. On the email route, a verification email activates the account.

Conveyancers and solicitors

Apply to the panel at propxchain.com/register/conveyancer with your firm's CLC practice ID.

Property developers

Register at propxchain.com/register/developer with your Companies House number.

Estate agents

Register at propxchain.com/register/estate-agent with your agency, branch and redress scheme details.

What happens next

Once your account is active you land in your dashboard, where you can add your property, work through the guided TA6 and TA10 forms, and invite the other parties to the transaction. A conveyancer firm that is not found in PropXchain's snapshot of the CLC register can still apply: the account is marked unverified and checked manually within 24 hours.
