Why is UK conveyancing so slow?

UK conveyancing takes 20 to 24 weeks on average. Most of that time is spent waiting for solicitors to chase each other while information travels through intermediaries. Around 30% of transactions collapse before completion, largely because buyers and sellers have no visibility into progress.

How does PropXchain work?

You add the property, complete the TA6 and TA10 forms, pick your own providers and order your own searches, and every milestone is recorded on the Internet Computer blockchain. All parties (seller, buyer, conveyancer, estate agent) see the same live view of the transaction.

Is the blockchain audit trail legally valid?

Key events are recorded on the Internet Computer. Only SHA-256 hashes of documents are written to the blockchain, never the documents themselves. Contracts are signed and exchanged by your conveyancers in the usual way, which is what gives the exchange its legal effect in England and Wales.

Add it as a custom connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client, approve with your PropXchain email and a one-time code, then give your assistant a transaction invite code. Is PropXchain the same as Propchain?

No. Propchain (PROPC) is an unrelated crypto token and real-estate tokenisation project. PropXchain is a UK property transaction platform run by PropXchain Ltd (Companies House 17018978). It has no token or coin; it uses the Internet Computer blockchain only to record a tamper-proof audit trail of your transaction.
